Fine Art, Commercial and Editorial Photography
When I first moved to Colorado and experienced the vastness of the land on the Great Plains, I was mesmerized. At first, it reminded me of the California deserts I’d left behind, and of the limitless ocean that touched the shore where I had lived.
The Plains, though, have their own character, their own soul. As I have traveled farther out onto this great ocean of land, I have come to appreciate it for itself, for its people and its towns, for the way so many of them have followed first the rivers, then the rails, and now the highways.... I have begun to expand my travels beyond Colorado’s Plains to the states beyond and the heart of the country.
